These reports are property condition reports designed to identify features that may appeal to homebuyers with disabilities. These reports help sellers highlight aspects of the property that may be of particular interest to buyers with mobility, vision or hearing challenges:

• Basic Sellers' Accessibility Features Report (2 pages): Focuses on physical features relevant to buyers with mobility concerns.

• Sellers' Accessibility Features Report (5 pages): Includes features for buyers with mobility, vision and hearing disabilities.
