The Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board (REEB) revised several state-approved (WB) forms in response to the National Association of REALTORS®’ proposed settlement agreement. These revised forms are mandatory for use on August 15, 2024. The WRA offers two forms products, both included with WRA membership, so you can access the forms whenever, wherever and however you like. All you need is an internet connection, and you can access the printable PDF files of the WB forms and/or the digital versions for drafting!
