Event agenda

• Market Insights: Wisconsin housing economist and real estate expert Mark J. Eppli, Ph.D., joins the Wisconsin Summit to explore recent trends in the U.S. economy, their effects on the housing market, and his projections for home sales in 2025.
• Racial Wealth Disparity in Milwaukee and Factors Influencing House Prices in Milwaukee, Chicago and the U.S.: UW-Milwaukee professor Kundan Kishor reviews racial disparities and their impacts on housing prices within Milwaukee as well as across the country.
• Local Housing Solutions: Watch a panel discussion regarding housing development, affordability and economic growth related to large-scale projects. Panelists include Kenosha Mayor David Bogdala, Waukesha County Parks and Land Use Director Dale Shaver, and Washington County Executive Josh Schoeman; moderated by Tom McCormick of EXIT Realty Horizons.
• Legal and Legislative Update: Jennifer Lindsley, WRA Director of Legal Services and Licensing, will provide an update on the "Multiple Listing Options for Sellers" policy that took effect on March 25, 2025, which allows sellers to choose delayed marketing of their properties while ensuring compliance with MLS requirements and supporting fair housing practices. The Legal and Legislative Update session will also cover current legal and legislative issues affecting the real estate industry, property rights, and your business, and has been approved for one hour of CE credit for the 2025-26 Wisconsin real estate biennium.
