General requirements

All WRA online programs require you to have the following on your computer:

• Computer with broadband connection such as cable, DSL, T1 or ISDN
• Adobe Acrobat version 6.0 or newer
• Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher or Quicktime 6.0 or higher
• Printing access
