WRA Toolbar for Internet Explorer
TERMS:
The Wisconsin REALTORS(R) Association (the "WRA”) is pleased to provide
you with this free Internet browser toolbar (the “Toolbar”). By
installing the Toolbar, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
license agreement (the “License”). If you do not agree to the
terms of this License, you may not install the Toolbar.
The
WRA grants to you a nonexclusive right to use the Toolbar solely
as an integrated part of your Internet browser. All rights not
expressly granted to you are reserved to the WRA. The WRA owns the
Toolbar and all rights, title and copyrights therein. The Toolbar
is licensed to you, not sold. You may not modify, adapt,
translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create
derivative works based on the Toolbar. Without prejudice to any
other rights, the WRA may terminate this License if you fail to comply
with the terms and conditions of this License. In such event, you
must delete the Toolbar from your computer.
NO WARRANTIES. THE WRA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE
TOOLBAR. THE TOOLBAR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR
CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE
OF THE TOOLBAR REMAINS WITH YOU.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall the WRA be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
of or inability to use the Toolbar, even if the WRA has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. Because some
states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
limitation may not apply to you. This License is governed by the
laws of the state of Wisconsin.
You MUST agree to these terms to be eligible to
download the software.

- PC with 300 megahertz or higher processor
clock speed
- 3 megabytes of available hard disk space
- Windows XP
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
- Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution video adapter and
monitor
- Keyboard and mouse or compatible pointing device
You MUST meet these system requirements to qualify as a beta
tester.
