Spanish Lead Paint Disclosures Now Available!
Under federal law, sellers and landlords of most residential housing built before 1978 are required to disclose the presence of known LBP to prospective buyers and tenants. The federally approved "Protect Your Family From Lead" pamphlet and WRA's Addendum S comply with this disclosure. However, providing these same disclosures to non-English speaking clients and customers is difficult. To aid you in bridging the communications barrier, the WRA is now offering Spanish versions of the EPA lead paint pamphlet and WRA's Addendum S. To order, contact the WRA or visit us
