 Michael Mulleady, GRI
Mike was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and moved with his family to St. Germain, Wisconsin, where they ran a resort and his father started in real estate. Mike attended Eagle River High School and was active in all sports, especially baseball and football, and then attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, where he studied business administration. After college he worked in the hotel industry for approximately 16 years and moved around the country 14 times.
Mike became a REALTOR® and joined Coldwell Banker Mulleady REALTORS®, Rhinelander in 1994. He received his GRI designation in 1999. He currently serves as general manager/broker of Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORS®, in charge of operations for all six offices: Minocqua, Eagle River, Rhinelander, Woodruff, Manitowish Waters and Land O’ Lakes. In 2006 Mike was named Coldwell Banker Midwest Region Manager of the Year, and served on the Coldwell Banker Advisory Council from 2006-2008.
Mike has been active in REALTOR® organizations on the state and local levels, serving as president and on the board of directors for the Northwoods Association of REALTORS® for many years. In addition, he has served on numerous WRA committees since 2000: License Law, Public Policy, Industry Strategic Planning, Nominating, and Convention. He has also served as an RPAC Trustee and participated as a member of the Political Strategy Group. Mike has been a member of the WRA Executive Committee since 2005, serving as treasurer, chairman-elect, and now chairman.
