NOTICE TO USERS
The WB-1 Residential Listing Contract and WB-36 Buyer Agency Agreement have been modified by the Department of Regulation and Licensing with a mandatory use date of July 1, 2008. As of July 1, 2008 the license exam contains test questions regarding the revised forms.
If you are within your one year from the date of purchase you will be automatically transferred to the revised online course. If you have exceeded the one year time frame, to continue on in the course you are required to purchase the course again.
Chapters 1, 2, and 3 have been revised. The link for the revised PDF documents will be provided in the course reading assignments.
