Wisconsin REALTORS® Association: WRA's Partnership for Success Program

Partnership for Success Program

Expanding perspectives within the REALTOR® membership

The WRA’s Partnership for Success Program aims to promote broad representation within REALTOR® membership. The program invites new licensees from all walks of life to apply. This includes licensees with different life experiences, backgrounds, expertise, interests, viewpoints, characteristics and other qualities. The program creates a partnership between the recipient, their sponsoring broker and the WRA. Having a rich mix of agents adds to the real estate industry, and the program strives to enhance long-term success for committed licensees who are new to the real estate profession.

The WRA and the WRA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee administer the program. Both the candidate and the sponsoring broker are required to submit an application. Applications will be reviewed, and the DEI Committee will select candidates for the interview stage. Applicant must be licensed by the interview date.

If chosen, the candidate, sponsoring broker and mentor must participate in a virtual interview with the Partnership for Success subcommittee of the DEI Committee. Wendy Hoang will contact the candidate, sponsoring broker and mentor to schedule an interview. Candidates, sponsoring brokers and mentors will be notified of the exact date and time.

The DEI Committee makes the decision whether to grant the award to the applicant.
