WRA On Demand Education System Requirements

The WRA's On Demand program requires users to have a high bandwidth (broadband) connection to the internet. Please ensure your computer and internet connection meet the following requirements. Be sure the exact computer you will use for On Demand meets the requirements below. 

Please complete ALL of following steps before proceeding: 

1. Make sure you have the Adobe Flash Plug-In 9.0 installed. Play the video below to verify you have the Adobe Flash Player Plug-In successfully installed. If you do not have the plug-in installed, you will be prompted with installation instructions.
   
   Note: If you do not see a video after pressing "play," try another web browser or computer. 
   
    
2. Meet the following requirements:

• 512Kbps bandwidth or higher. (If you do not know your bandwidth, press the "play" button on the player above to test your bandwidth.)
• Web Browser with Adobe Flash Plug-In 9.0. Click here for the plug-in.
• Adobe Reader. Click here for Adobe Reader.
• Printer for printing course outline and certificate.
• Speakers or headphones.
