Exam Tutorial
Every two years real estate licensees must complete
18 hours of continuing education to maintain their license. This
can be accomplished by attending six three hour classes and passing
a 15 question exam for each course, testing out of CE by passing a
state exam, or taking a distance learning course. The WRA offers
three distance learning options for continuing education, On Demand, DVD and
self-study books. Students must take an exam after each option.
