WRA Cancel Policy
The WRA's class cancel policy is outlined below for live
classes and distance learning courses:
Live Classes
- The WRA reserves the right to cancel a live class if not
filled (registration fees will be refunded).
- Cancellations MUST be made in writing prior to the
start of the class and will be refunded, minus a $25
cancellation fee.
- Registrations cannot be transferred between students
- Pre-license students can transfer to a live,
Internet, DVD or video course within one year of
original date of registration for a $100 fee.
Distance Learning Programs
- Internet or Video/DVD program cancellations MUST be made
within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded minus a $25
cancellation fee.
- No transfers between students.
- If unused current materials are returned within two weeks,
there will be no charge.
- Current unused materials can be returned after two weeks and
up to 30 days from purchase for a $25 restocking fee.
- Students have one year to complete all courses after which
time re-registration is required.
