Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Pre-License Education

The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) requires all real estate licensees to complete 72 hours of pre-license education and pass an exam before receiving their license. The WRA's Sales Pre-license course, which is offered on a regular basis, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the sales exam. Learn more about obtaining your Wisconsin real estate sales license.

Notice: The state-approved listing contract (WB-1) and buyer agency/tenant representation agreement (WB-36) are changing. The forms have a mandatory use date of July 1, 2008. These form changes effect the State testing. By ordering online, you will receive the NEW materials for testing after July 1, 2008. Any order placed today will be shipped the week of June 9.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Business Services department at educate@wra.org or 800-279-1972.
