Wisconsin Broker License Pre-license Education

To obtain a broker license, the Wisconsin DRL requires that you first obtain a real estate sales license and complete 36 hours of broker training and successfully complete a broker examination. You must complete the course prior to taking the exam. The WRA's Broker Pre-license course, which is offered throughout the year, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the broker exam. Learn more about obtaining your Wisconsin real estate broker license.

Notice: The state-approved listing contract (WB-1) and buyer agency/tenant representation agreement (WB-36) are changing. The forms have a mandatory use date of July 1, 2008. These form changes effect the State testing. By ordering online, you will receive the NEW materials for testing after July 1, 2008. Any order placed today will be shipped the week of June 9.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Business Services department at educate@wra.org or 800-279-1972.
