Wisconsin Broker License Pre-license Education
To obtain a broker license, the
Wisconsin DRL requires that you
first obtain a real estate sales license and complete 36 hours of broker training and successfully complete
a
broker examination. You must complete the course prior to taking
the exam. The WRA's
Broker Pre-license course, which is offered throughout the
year, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for
the broker exam. Learn more about obtaining your
Wisconsin real estate broker license.
