Broker Pre-license - Distance Learning

Below are the distance learning options for the broker course. Students have one year from the date of registration to complete all courses, after which time re-registration is required.
The state-approved residential offer to purchase (WB-11) and the following other state-approved forms WB-40 Amendment to Offer to Purchase, WB-41 Notice Relating to Offer to Purchase, WB-42 Amendment to Listing Contract, WB-44 Counter-Offer, WB-46 Multiple Counter-Proposal have changed. These forms have an optional use date of November 1, 2009 and mandatory use date of March 1, 2010. As of March 1, 2010 the license exam will include test questions on these revised forms. Consequently, to allow users adequate time to complete both the course and license exam, orders placed today will receive materials for testing after March 1. Materials are currently in production but are expected to be released mid-February. Orders will be shipped at that time.
