Commercial Real Estate Continuing Education
Tired of taking continuing education classes that focus on
residential issues only? Then the WRA commercial CE courses are
exactly what you need. The WRA has created commercial-centric
courses specifically for those who practice in the commercial real
estate world.
If you are a commercial broker and would like to take a class that
applies to your practice, while still meeting the mandated
continuing education requirements, then sign up now for the WRA's
Commercial CE courses.
The
Wisconsin DRL requires all real
estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education
during each two-year licensing period (biennium) in order to renew
your license. This is accomplished by completing six three-hour classes
included in the current biennium's curriculum and passing the
exams for each class. The WRA offers real estate
residential
and commercial
continuing education classes on a regular basis and these classes are approved and satisfy
the DRL continuing education requirement.
Mandatory Courses (All licensees must take courses 1-4)
Course 1 - Listing Contracts
Course 2 - Offer to Purchase
Course 3 - New Developments
Course 4 - Buyer Agency Agreements
Elective Topics (Licensees must take two elective courses)
Elective B - 1031 Exchanges and Exchange Opportunities
Elective C - Condominiums
If your real estate license is currently inactive and has been inactive for less than five years, to renew your real estate license you need to complete the 2007-2008 continuing education and pay the license fee and late fee.
