Appraisal Continuing Education

The Wisconsin DRL requires all appraiser licensees to complete 28 hours of continuing education during each two-year licensing period (biennium), 7 of these hours must be USPAP education, in order to renew your license. The WRA offers appraisal continuing education classes throughout the year and which are approved to help satisfy the DRL continuing education requirement. The biennium ends on December 14, 2007.

The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing has made changes to the education requirements for appraisers.
